Quick Charge is a Qualcomm technology on many Android devices. It is designed to draw much more power compare to the previous standard protocols without sacrificing the battery's lifespan. Compatible devices charge from 0 to 80% in 35 minutes with a Quick Charge-enabled charger.
Quick Charge 3.0 is found on Android devices with Snapdragon processors and it provides a charging speed of up to 4 times faster than the normal 1A charging standard. It is also backward-compatible with Quick Charge 1.0 and 2.0.
Common devices that currently support QC technology: Samsung S6 to S10 series, Samsung Note 4 to Note 9, LG G4-LG V50 series.
Common cable issues include abnormal charging (unable to charge, slow charging, etc), slow data transferring speed, and structural fitting. If you have encountered these common issues when using your Defuli cable, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Try wiping the cable tip’s contact pins clean.
Try using the Defuli cable with another phone to confirm if the issue persists.
Try using the Defuli cable and also the stock cable included with your phone to compare the results.
If you hear a crackling sound when disconnecting the cable from your device, don’t worry, this is completely normal. It will not affect its usage and it will not damage your device.
Most of these issues come from the wall charger and the contact pin of the phone.
First, clean the port of your phone and the wall charger.
Make sure there is no dust in the ports as it could prevent charging.
Then test the cable after you’ve cleaned your phone and your wall charger.
If possible, try using a different wall charger and phone.
