Integrated vs. EMC separated

I. Integrated Type (Common in major manufacturers)
Structure: Coil, main controller, and EMC circuit are tightly packed in the same chamber, strongly.
Issues: Thermal interference strong EMI radiation, barely meeting standards by relying on shielding/heat dissipation; prone to overheating and power derating under high power.
II. Separated Type (Exclusive patent)
Structure: Coil module and main controller PCB are completely separated, connected by high-frequency shielded cables; no heat source in the coil area, strong magnetic field in the circuit area.
Advantages: Triple isolation of heat/magnetic/EMI, naturally compliant, low temperature and high efficiency; EMC performance far exceeds the integrated type
