What are the principles of EMC split technology and conventional integrated technology?

Dongguan DeFuli Hardware Electronic Materials Co., Ltd2020-12-14

1、Ordinary integrated technology (traditional all-in-one wireless charging)

Core principle: Electromagnetic induction integrated integration

Structure: The transmitting coil, main PCB (including driver / control / EMC circuits), and heat dissipation / shielding materials are all integrated within the same housing, with the coil and circuit board closely attached to each other

  • Workflow:

  •  After powering on, the PCB generates high-frequency alternating current (125kHz);

  • The transmitting coil generates an alternating magnetic field;

  • The mobile phone's receiving coil induces electricity, which is rectified to charge the battery.

  • Key features: The circuit and coil are physically bound and strongly coupled, with EMC / dissipation and energy transmission interfering with each other.

2、EMC Separated Technology (Patented Architecture)

Core Principle: Electromagnetic Induction EMC Isolation Separated Architecture

Structural Innovation: The coil module () and the main control PCB (driver / EMC end) are completely separated and connected via a customized high-frequency shielded cable, achieving "no heat source in the coil area and no magnetic field in the circuit area".

  • Workflow:
    The main control PCB (away from the coil) generates a high-frequency current, which is transmitted to the coil module via a shielded;
    The coil module (coil only simple shielding) generates a pure alternating magnetic field;
    The mobile phone receives the induced electricity from the coil, a process identical to traditional;
    EMC core: Independent shielding cavity eddy current damper high-frequency impedance matching, suppressing common-mode interference and harmonic radiation.
    Key features: Thermal / Magnetic / triple isolation, zero heat generation and low interference at the coil end, compliant with CE/FCC certifications.
